what is family portrait fundraising?
Family Portrait Fundraising is all about producing high quality professional photos at an affordable price whilst also providing much needed funds to your school or organisation.
This is a simple, low cost, hassle-free and effective way to raise funds, with minimal effort for your school or committee.
Your families benefit from a professional family portrait sitting, a memento to hold into the future by way of a
FREE 11 X 14 INCH FAMILY PORTRAIT,
and the (obligation-free) oportunity to purchase additional photos if they choose to.
so... how does it work?
Once you book a date for your Family Portrait Fundraising session, your school or organisation allocates a co-ordinator and all communication is done through the co-ordinator. We provide you with all that you need to book families in for their photo session, including promotional posters to help encourage families and make this a really successful fundraiser.
Each family pays just $20 for their Family Portrait session and they receive a complimentary 11” x 14” print.
All of our viewings are done on site by a portrait consultant straight after the photography, so it’s all wrapped up in just one day.
We make it convenient for you to raise funds for your school or organisation. In less than an hour each family will have their portraits taken, select their complimentary FAMILY photo, and choose any packages or additional photos they would like to purchase.
Photographs are returned to your school ready for distribution within two weeks.
how much can we earn?
The $20 you collect from each family goes directly to your school or organisation.
That means....
25 FAMILIES = $500
50 FAMILIES = $1000
100 FAMILIES = $2000
Our creative, fun portraits offer something really unique.
We work with each family to capture a portfolio of photographs in colour and black & white that encapsulate their individual personalities perfectly.
